What happens

A new organisation + surgeon account is provisioned (isolated data).
We email the surgeon their setup link + a temporary password.
They open the link, set a password, set up an authenticator app if asked, and land on Home with the Setup tile — the space is live straight away.

Invite codes

The invite rate is for a surgeon ORTHOReD invites — a validator, a Scientific Advisory Board member or a clinical build partner. They enter the code under “Have a code?” on the sign-up page; it is never listed or priced there.

Rates

One row per rate per country: what the sign-up page offers and what each invoice charges. Fees are before GST, in the row’s currency. The first-term fee is the same for every declared rate; for the invite rate it is the annual fee.

New rate

Adds a rate for a country, or replaces that country’s rate of the same kind. Fees are in dollars, before tax. Founding and early career are fixed for a number of years; founding also has a number of places. For the invite rate the first-term fee is the annual fee.

Societies

The subspecialty societies a surgeon can choose under the Society rate, per country and subspecialty. Switching one off removes it from the sign-up page; surgeons already on it keep it.
